Work Order Requests
If you live at Alfred E. Plant or Elm Grove Apartments, you may place a work order by calling (860) 953-0002, ext. 25. Regular office hours are 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday; outside of these times, emergency work orders may be placed by calling (860) 524-7582.
