The West Hartford Housing Authority’s programs are administered in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development. A five-member Board of Commissioners establishes the policies and mission. The Town Council appoints all members.
